REFSERV Limited was incorporated on July 3, 2012 under the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. We are a construction and general maintenance company that was established through an amalgamation of highly experienced professionals. Our management team has a combined experience of over one hundred years In the Energy Sector. We strive to achieve excellence through teamwork and technical expertise.

Our team specializes in commercial and industrial projects with a focus on construction, turnaround and general maintenance services and meet the present gap in this field in a sustainable, efficient manner.

We aim to emerge as the preferred contractor based on quality, safety, reliability and the ability to get the job done to our clients’ satisfaction. REFSERV Limited is STOW and ISN certified and we prioritize the safety and wellbeing of our employees, contractors, sub-contractors and visitors. Safety is a core value of our company and our management team has this stance reflected in the establishment and implementation of our HSE Policy.

Vijay Balvin - Managing Director
A founding member, Vijay has been with RefServ sice inception, bringing extensive experience in the energy sector. He has served in Quality Assurance roles for PSC Nitrogen, Petrotrin, BGTT, BHP Billiton, NGC, Yara and PPGPL and oher companies He has earned multiple accreditations including supervisory management, quality control management, process plant operations, Occupational safety and health and building and civil engineering

Ashram Balvin - Operations Director
Ashram, another founding member has worked in technical supervisory positions for a number of energy sector projects. His expertise has consistently served leading players in the energy sector such as: National Gas Company, PCS Nitrogen, Petrotrin, Yara, Ventech and Vermillion. He leveragess value on operations from years of industry knowledge, practical experience and hands on, highly involved appraoch
